The Crowned Heads CHC Serie E is the second installment of its CHC (Crowned Heads Court). The Serie E draw’s is inspiration from Eddie Van Halen’s iconic guitar solo from the 1978 track “Eruption.” The cigars are made at Tabacalera Pichardo in Esteli, Nicaragua. Home of ACE Prime and where several other Crowned Heads cigars are made. The wrapper on the CHC Serie E is Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro. The binder is from Jalapa, Nicaragua. Jalapa is near the border with Honduras. The filler is all Nicaraguan, with tobaccos from Jalapa, Pueblo Nuevo, and the island of Ometepe. A medium to medium-full bodied cigar that delivers complexity and rich solid tobacco notes and some moments of peppery and spice.
