Shipping & Returns


We are required to collect and remit sales tax for all orders delivered to a Pennsylvania shipping address. Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania is the responsibility of the purchaser.


We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail (delivered 1 – 3 Business Days after carrier pickup, includes Saturday. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed). Use the USPS Priority Delivery Map to check your estimated delivery (orders ship from zip code 17112). Tracking information will be provided so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Non-Tobacco Products: If you are not 100% satisfied with any non-tobacco product that you purchased from you may return it in original condition within 14 days of purchase for full credit or refund.

Cigars: Damaged items will be replaced, we will pay for all shipping cost.  If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from, you may return them within 30 days for full credit or full refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. Returns accepted only with original cellophane intact.

Directions for Returns: When returning merchandise, please repack the item(s) carefully and use the return shipping label provided within the prescribed time(s) above. You may drop the package off at any US Postal Office.
